We perform machining according to customer drawings, however, you can use the services of our design office to develop products and mechanisms of any complexity. The production of parts takes place through technological preparation.

AKIS technologists are well versed in manufacturing processes such as turning, drilling, milling, threading, gear processing, grinding, processing of complex external and internal contours, as well as assembly and welding operations (including automated welding processes). The result of the technologist's work is the preparation of a material sheet, taking into account material cutting charts, the development of a technological process, the regulation of technological operations, and the preparation of programs for CNC machines. Also, we carry out verification of design documentation for compliance with the requirements of manufacturability.
